What is a Budapest photo walk?

It’s a private, guided photo session where we walk together to some of Budapest’s most photogenic spots while I capture natural, candid moments of you and your group — not stiff studio poses.

How long does the photo walk take?

Depending on your package, the session takes 1, 1.5 or 2 hours.

Where does the photo session take place?

We’ll agree on the meeting point when you book. Popular locations include Fisherman’s Bastion, the Parliament area and the Great Market Hall, but the exact route can be adapted to your preferences and the available time.

What happens if it rains?

No extra cost — we simply move to a covered or indoor location nearby.

Who can book a photo walk?

Everyone is welcome — solo travellers, couples, families and groups of friends. If you’re travelling together, you’re welcome to be in the photographs together.

When will I receive my photos?

It depends on your package: Budapest Snapshot (€89) — within 48 hours. Your Budapest Story (€129) — within 24 hours. Signature Budapest Experience (€249) — within 24 hours.

Are the photos edited?

Yes. All delivered photographs are carefully selected and professionally edited. Advanced skin retouching is not included in the standard packages, but can be requested for an additional fee.

Can families book?

Absolutely. The Your Budapest Story package is particularly well suited to families who want photographs of everyone together.

Can groups of friends book together?

Yes. Groups of friends are very welcome. For larger groups, please contact us in advance so we can recommend the most suitable option and price.

How do I book through my hotel?

If you discovered Your Budapest Story through your hotel, simply use the QR code or booking link provided by your hotel. Your booking will automatically be connected to that hotel.

Can I book directly?

Yes, you can also book directly through this website. However, if you’re staying at one of our partner hotels, please use the hotel’s dedicated QR code or link so your reservation can be correctly connected to your hotel. Price is the same.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For changes within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Is transportation included?

No. We meet at the agreed starting point in Budapest and the photo walk takes place on foot.
